Do I need vaccinations?
The Center for Disease Control has a full list of recommendations. Hepatitis A and B, and Typhoid are typical concerns. Malaria isn't too much of a concern unless its during the rainy season after May.

What are some of the attractions?
Most tourists travel to Cambodia to Siem Reap to see the ancient ruins of Angkor, the old capital of the Khmer Empire. There is a wide concentration of Buddhist and Hindu temples there. The capital, Phnom Penh, continues to have the atmosphere of an older, more traditional Asian city. In the south, Sihanoukville is the only developed resort locale along the coast. In the northeast, the country is highly undeveloped and native hill tribes abound.

How do you travel around in Cambodia?
In cities you can travel by motos (small motorcycles that hold one or two passengers) or tuk tuks (a cart pulled by a moto that carries up to four or six people max). Between cities, there are regular buses, or private taxis. The rail system is not well developed.

What forms of lodging are available?
There are three main categories (cheaper to more expensive): hostels, guest houses, and hotels. Hostels typically comprise of living with a Cambodian family. Guest houses typically have a handful of rooms available, may be run by a family, and have intermediate accomodations and price. Hotels are often run by westerners (though, not always) and have the sorts of prices and accomodations that westerners are accustomed to.

What language to Cambodians speak?
They speak the ancient language Khmer. English is the most popular subject to study in universities. Consequently, English fluency is on the rise. Most Cambodians will be able to speak some degree of English. If not, an English speaker will always be within shouting distance.
